Information we may receive
- Messages and attachments you choose to send to the Cantumi support address.
- Standard technical request data that hosting and security providers may receive when your browser loads the website, such as IP address, browser details, requested page, and time of access.
The public pre-launch website does not currently provide account creation, wallet connection, agent authorization, or transaction submission.
How information is used
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the public website.
- Respond to messages you choose to send.
- Investigate abuse or security reports and meet applicable legal obligations.
Product and ledger status
The public website does not currently connect a wallet or submit information or transactions to Canton Network. It will not ask for your private key or seed phrase. Separate notices will be published before product accounts or transaction features become publicly available.
Retention
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for website operation, support, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Retention may differ by category and provider.
Your choices
You may choose not to email support or include optional information. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights concerning certain personal information.
